Lada reserves the right to reject refund requests. This can happen when a significant portion of the course has already been consumed, excessive refunds have been requested or your account has been reported for abuse.
So, if you’re at the early stages of a course you don’t like, and there is still time in the 48 hours window, you’ll be eligible for a refund.
