Lada refund eligibility: can I get a Lada refund?

The most important thing to keep in mind when it comes to refund eligibility is that the process must be completed within a 48 hours period. 

Payments are sent to instructors within 48 hours, so your request will not be accepted after the window period. 

Lada reserves the right to reject refund requests. This can happen when a significant portion of the course has already been consumed, excessive refunds have been requested or your account has been reported for abuse. 

So, if you’re at the early stages of a course you don’t like, and there is still time in the 48 hours window, you’ll be eligible for a refund.
